you've heard the saying it's all fun and games until someone gets hurt, right? What? One Dallas attorney says, That's exactly the situation. A TopGolf Marc Lenahan has filed two lawsuits on behalf of five plaintiffs. They claim the golfing was loose. Safety policies caused them serious injuries from a broken nose to spinal cord damage. Rebecca Brown says she was sitting at a table, a TopGolf when an intoxicated guest hit up all backwards, striking her in the face was bleeding like it was pouring. I got it all over my shorts. It was all over the concrete. She ultimately lost her right eye news fix, reached out to TopGolf in a statement. They say we care about the well being of all our guests, and safety continues to be a top priority. But Lenahan says, if that's true, they need to make some changes, including one that he says could have saved Rebecca Brown's. I need immediately hang vertical nets on each side of everybody behind every day. He's also calling for other changes, like longer safety nets on the top level, which he says could have prevented a fall which left air force serviceman Charlie Palomo paralyzed back in 2012. Brown agrees, saying the combination of flying balls, swinging clubs and flowing alcohol is a recipe for disaster is basically an accident. We'll see if TopGolf swings into action to implement safety changes or whether a judge awards a lot of green.
